Breakfast:
A cup of hot water with lemon, a glass of innocent smoothie and a small bowl of all bran flakes with skimmed milk.
Mid morning snack:
Weightwatchers cheese flavor bits
Lunch:
2 slices of brown nimble bread with extra light Philadelphia cheese and cucumber and some homemade yellow pea soup that is so yummy! let me know if you want to know how to make its so healthy and easy.
Snack:
An orange, a pack of walkers backed crisps and a few carrot stick with mayo.
Dinner:
A small portion of Wholewheat spaghetti with cherry tomatos, garlic onion and basil.
After dinner:
Some dark chocolate and some strawberry's. yummy!
What is the hot water with lemon for? I notice u drink it everyday?

ReplyDeletea small pack of cherry tomatoes, 1 red onion, and 3 cloves of garlic.
just pop then all in a saucepan with a little olive oil on a medium heat for about 20 mins, and add whatever herbs and spices you like (basil is amazing).
cook the pasta, and pop in in with the tomato.
